The billing address and delivery address should only be provided after the order has been placed. To process the order, we need the correct first name and last name, address details, and payment information. The phone number provided when placing the order may only be used in case of a problem with the order fulfillment. The user's email address is needed so that we can confirm the receipt of the order and its shipment, as well as for general communication with the user. Additionally, we use the user's email address for identification (as the username during login) when the user logs into their customer account.
