All products available in the Store are factory new and free from physical defects, come from a legal source, are original, and have a manufacturer's quality guarantee.
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the Store. The goods may be complained about in the case of non-compliance with the goods included in the order and in the case of any defects and damages to the goods, including:
- wad fabrycznych,
- mechanical damages occurring during transport,
- damage occurring during the use of the product.
The store is responsible for product defects and processes complaints based on applicable provisions of the Civil Code.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date the store receives the shipment with the complained goods and the completed complaint form (this form is not a necessary document for considering and accepting the complaint and is only of an auxiliary nature).
According to the Civil Code, in the event of a complaint, the Customer may request an exchange of the goods for new and defect-free ones, or may withdraw from the sales contract. In the case of a positive resolution of the complaint, the Store is obliged to immediately exchange the goods for new, full-value ones. If the Store is unable to exchange the defective product, it will promptly refund the Customer the amount due in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Delivery of goods after a positive complaint resolution is carried out by courier, with shipping costs borne by the store.
Along with the complained goods, please provide proof of purchase: receipt, sales confirmation, or VAT invoice (the proof of purchase is not a necessary document for considering and accepting the complaint and is only of an auxiliary nature).

- According to applicable law, the customer may withdraw from the goods purchased in the store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- Returns are possible if the goods are returned in unchanged condition, without signs of use.
- Please return the goods together with the completed return form and proof of purchase: receipt, sales confirmation, or VAT invoice (the return form and proof of purchase are not necessary documents for withdrawing from the contract and are only of an auxiliary nature). If a VAT invoice was attached to the order, a signed correction of the invoice, which the store will send to the customer, should be returned.

- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store guarantees the Customer a refund of the entire amount paid by them. This means that the Store will refund the Customer an amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. The Store does not refund shipping costs.
