Order fulfillment conditions
- The condition for placing an order in the Store by the Customer is to familiarize themselves with these regulations and accept its provisions before concluding the sales contract.
- Orders can only be processed within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Orders from Customers are accepted through the Store's website.
- Immediately after placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order by the Store.
- Order fulfillment for the Customer takes place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM under the following conditions:

- The Customer agrees to the issuance and sending of VAT invoices in electronic form as defined in § 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of July 14, 2005, on the issuance and sending of invoices in electronic form, as well as the storage and provision of these invoices to the tax authority or tax control authority.
- By placing an order in the Store, the Customer agrees to the inclusion of their personal data in the Store's database and to their processing solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Providing personal data by the Customer and consent to its processing are necessary to fulfill the order by the Store. The Customer is responsible for providing false personal data.

Prices of goods
- All prices of goods on the Store's pages are given in Polish zlotys, are gross prices, and include VAT.
- The price given for each product is binding at the moment the Customer places the order.
- The store reserves the right to change the prices of the goods available in the store's offer (however, price changes do not apply to orders placed before these changes are introduced), to introduce new goods to the store's offer, and to conduct promotional actions on the store's pages.
Delivery
- Delivery of goods is carried out in the manner chosen by the Customer and specified in the order.
- The store reserves the right to process the order within 5 business days.
- Delivery of parcels is carried out via Polish Post
- The store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Customer.

Payment methods
- The Customer is obliged to pay the price for the placed order, including the delivery cost, no later than 4 days from the date of the contract in the case of choosing prepayment. In the case of choosing cash on delivery, the Customer is obliged to pay the order price upon receipt.

Complaints and warranty
- All products available in the Store are factory new and free from physical defects, come from a legal source, are original, and have a manufacturer's quality guarantee.
- The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the Store. The goods may be complained about in the case of non-compliance with the goods included in the order and in the case of any defects and damages to the goods, including:
I. wad fabrycznych,
II. mechanical damage occurring during transport,
III. damages incurred during the use of the product. - The store is responsible for product defects and processes complaints based on applicable provisions of the Civil Code.
- Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date the store receives the shipment with the complained goods and the completed complaint form (this form is not a necessary document for considering and accepting the complaint and is only of an auxiliary nature).
- According to the Civil Code, in the event of a complaint, the Customer may request an exchange of the goods for new and defect-free ones, or may withdraw from the sales contract. In the case of a positive resolution of the complaint, the Store is obliged to immediately exchange the goods for new, full-value ones. If the Store is unable to exchange the defective product, it will promptly refund the Customer the amount due in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- Delivery of goods after a positive complaint resolution is carried out by courier, with shipping costs borne by the store.
- Along with the complained goods, please provide proof of purchase: receipt, sales confirmation, or VAT invoice (the proof of purchase is not a necessary document for considering and accepting the complaint and is only of an auxiliary nature).

Zwroty
- According to applicable law, the customer may withdraw from the goods purchased in the store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- Returns are possible if the goods are returned in unchanged condition, without signs of use.
- Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with the law.
- Please return the goods together with the completed return form and proof of purchase: receipt, sales confirmation, or VAT invoice (the return form and proof of purchase are not necessary documents for withdrawing from the contract and are only of an auxiliary nature). If a VAT invoice was attached to the order, a signed correction of the invoice, which the store will send to the customer, should be returned.

- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store guarantees the Customer a refund of the entire amount paid by them. This means that the Store will refund the Customer an amount equal to the price of the goods. - These regulations are effective from 01.09.2017.
